Hey! Thanks for showing interest. Please read through this first page before filling out your inquiry. There is important imformation regarding deposits, changes, and your appointment. 

Please give us time to get back to you. On occasion, responses can take up to 3 weeks due to a high volume of inquiries. Do not submit a second form unless it's for a different tattoo.

We will email you with a price quote.  
-If your tattoo is quoted $250 or less, a $50 deposit will be required. 
-If your tattoo is quoted more than $250, a $100 deposit will be required.

*Deposit Policy*

•Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable 

•Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your tattoo. 

•48 hours notice is required to reschedule to honor your deposit. If you need to reschedule more than once, your current deposit will be forfeited to the artist and another deposit will be required. 

•If you cancel or no-show, you will forfeit your deposit.

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have communicated your tattoo design to your satisfaction and have reviewed the artist's prior work to decide that the artist can implement your idea to your satisfaction. 

No drawings or drafts are emailed or otherwise previewed to clients before their scheduled appointment time. 

If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes can be made at the artist's discretion during your appointment. However, you undertsand that substantial changes to the design or the request of a new idea/design after making a deposit will require a new deposit and new appointment. 

If you arrive late to your appointment, it will be up to your artist to decide if there is enough time to do your tattoo. If your tattoo needs to be rescheduled, a new deposit will be required.
