Adoption Agreement
Please read carefully.
I agree that the cat(s) are to live in a private residence as companion animals. I agree that I will not sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of said cat(s) to any person(s), shelter, dealer, retailer, auction, institute, or any other entity. If the cat(s) need to be rehomed I agree to return the cat(s) immediately to Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp.

I agree to care for the cat(s) in a humane and responsible manner and to provide the cat(s) with clean and adequate shelter, food, water, and veterinary care.

I understand that Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp. makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about the cat(s)'s health or temperament. I am aware that this animal may have been exposed to contagious or infections disease or may have been injured prior to rescue by Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp. Despite veterinary care already provided and Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp.'s best efforts to ensure the cat(s) are healthy and sound, unknown conditions may exist. Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp. in no way be responsible for any health problems that may arise. I furthermore agree to care for the cat(s) should a health problem develop, and I understand that veterinary care can be expensive. Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp. is hereby absolved of any liability and shall not be held responsible for any bodily injuries, property damage, or other damage the adopted cat(s) may cause. The adoptive owner agrees to hold Right Meow Rescue Roc Corp. and any of its representatives harmless from loss and expense, including legal fees due to placement of adopted cat(s).

I understand that many animals require a number of weeks to adjust to a new home, regardless of whether the other animals and/or children are present. Right Meow Rescue ROC corp. recommends that adopters be patient and cautious when introducing an animal into a new environment.

The adoption fee for cats is the following: cats/kittens under 10 years old are $200, cats 10+ years old are $100. Additionally you get $25 off the adoption fee if adopting two cats together. The adoption fee includes: age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, rabies vaccine, combo tested (per litter), spay/neuter, and flea and tick prevention applied. *Having vetting included in the adoption fee saves the adopters hundreds and insures they get the necessary vetting to be happy and healthy!
