Once your appointment has been booked you will recieve a copy of our detailed intake form within two business days which should be filled out and submitted at least two business days in advance of your appointment.
All in school private lessons are one hour in length and take place at Jane Book's Dog School 4696 Bartlett Rd, Unit 14, Beamsville.
All household members are encourage to join your training session.
We have many dogs and owners who need our assistance, so if you are unable to attend your appointment we require two business days notice in advance in order to contact others and fill your appointment time.
For your appointment you will need, an everyday flat collar or head halter (ie:gentle leader/halti), a 4-6 foot leash (no retractable leashes please), and lots of tasty high-value training treats.
Virtual or Telephone consulations are arranged by staff at at time that is mutually agreeable for both yourself and Jane. Consultations may be up to one hour in length and must be paid in advance. Once your appointment has been arranged staff will send an invoice, once paid your appointment is confirmed. If you chose a virtual consulation a link to the meeting will be sent at least one hour before your consultation.
Full payment for your lesson is due upon approval. Please only send your payment once your lesson has been confirmed and you have received your invoice. Payment should be e-transferred to janebookdogs@gmail.com upon receiving your approval for the requested appointment.
Deposits can be transferred to an alternate date with at least two-business days notice before your appointment. No refunds will be given for a missed appointment.
Session Cost:
$125 for initial consultation and first working session for non-students-add $30/dog for each additional dog from the same household in the same session.
$100 for each follow-up working session booked-add $30/dog for each additional dog.
$100 for current students who have been enrolled in training classes at Jane Book's Dog School in the past six months-add $30/dog for multiple dogs.
$65 for a Virtual or Telephone consultation up to one hour in length.
