Booth spaces are 12' x 12'. The space assigned to each vendor are the only spaces allotted to you. Displays must be contained with your space. Please be aware that the ground may be uneven. Vendors may unload Saturday, August 20th, 2022 at 7:45am. Vendors may not load up until 3:00pm unless you have spoken to me ahead of time. Vehicles are NOT allowed in Vendor area before 3:00pm on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022. it is recommended that vendors bring hand-operated carts or dollies to assist in load up of merchandise/equipment.

Southern Perfections Events or Triple A Farms will not provide any equipment to you including tents, tables or chairs. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, lights & decorations. Booths MUST always be weighted down at all times during the event. Booth owners are responsible and liable for the security and safety of their booths. Southern Perfection Events & Triple A Farms will not be responsible for your tent or merchandise.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth space and area clean. All trash from your operations must be removed and/or place in the trash or taking off with you. There will be a bigger trash can there at Triple A Farms to put your trash in. Vanessa will give vendors who need trash bag one.

Weather related cancellations will be at the discretion of Southern Perfection Events & Triple A Farms. If the event is canceled by Southern Perfection Events & Triple A Farms we will have a reschedule date for the weather related event that was canceled. The money you paid for the event will go towards the reschedule date. NO REFUNDS.
