2023 Winterhaven Chamber Retreat Application Form

Please submit completed form and video to: winterhaven@bardin-niskala- duo.com. If you prefer to submit a recommendation from a coach or teacher in lieu of a video, please have your recommender submit the "recommendation form for coaches" (available on the bardin-niskala-duo.com/winterhaven page)

Please note: Participants must show proof of full vaccination or proof of negative PCR COVID test taken within 48 hrs prior to arrival. Protocols subject to change based on current CDC guidelines. Winterhaven reserves the right to cancel the 2023 retreat due to COVID.
