    On the day of your appointment:

    • We will call you during the 15-minute window time of your intake appointment. The appointment will last approximately 15 minutes.
    • We will attempt to call you two times at your scheduled appointment time. If we do not reach you, you must call us back to complete your application.
    • You will not be considered for legal services unless you complete your intake appointment.
