  • Intelligent Fuel Boost System

    Through our sister company Aerospace Innovations we have developed a new boost pump system to help with the vaporlock issue the low wing Rotax systems are notorious for. By placing pumps at the wings and sensors at the fuel selector we can turn on the pump needed for the selected tank. With the same system we can even monitor fuel pressure and automatically turn on both Rotax pumps in the event of a Rotax fuel pump failure.

  • Panel Backlighting (VPX or Single Screen Recommended)

    We offer panel backlighting which we offer in 2 styles.

    The original style is an overlay panel that is just under a quarter inch in thickness that is milled and fitted with a circuitboard with LEDs attached, much like what is seen on airliners. Since these circuitboards have to be custom made for each unique setup, we have a few standard setups that help keep cost down as well as guarantee integrity of the panels. 

    Our later style is a flush backlighting. It is comprised of a thin overlay that is printed in multiple colors and backlighted from behind that givs it a nice clean look. This version includes a throttle quadranrt backlight on the TSi and it adds $1,500 over the cost of the standard backlighting.

  • Wing & Tail Harnesses

    If you are starting your build from a flat kit (not quick build). We can supply wing and tail harnesses that you can lay in the plane. These harnesses will have the connectors at the root of the wings and beginning of the tail section to connect to our main harness.

  • COAX Kit

    We do not build coax into the harnesses due to the sharp bends that can happen. We do however offer coax kits that will include the coax along with the TNC and BNC connectors needed with one end pre terminated. You will only need to run the coax through the plane and termiante the other end.

    We also offer a battery cable kit with all of the items you neeed to make battery connections for the firewall forward. The kit includes the cable, solder slugs, lugs and shrink wrap.

    We offer color coded Pitot, Static and AOA tubing and connectors needed to connect properly connect up to your AHRS and G5 to the pitot and static.

    These systems are perfect for the high climbing capabilities of the Sling 4, Sling TSi and Sling HW.

    These systems can use the Illyrian Pulse OX to deliver the proper amount of oxygen to maintain the proper levels while not wasting oxygen allowing you up to 8 times longer greater duration.

  • The Aithre Shield 2.0 and 3.0 are behind the panel CO detectors with on screen alerting and CO level readings.

    The Shield 3.0 adds Pilot pulse ox and oxygen bottle pressure monitoring when used with the Illyrian Pulse Ox monitor and the Altus Meso O2 Pressure monitor also allowing for onscreen readings and alerts.
