Cancellation Policy

We are pleased that you plan on attended our Virtual Resistance Welding Seminar.
- To guarantee your seat, payment in full is due at least 10 days prior to the event.
- For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
- If your plans change and you cannot attend, please advise us ASAP by phone or email.
- Full refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the event, less a $25 admin fee.
- After that date, refunds are not available, however...
  - Registrations are fully transferrable to another person in your company.
  - If no one can use the registration, the fee paid can be applied to a future seminar within the following year.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- T. J. Snow Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar due to circumstances beyond our control.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation by T. J. Snow Company, registration fees will be refunded in full.
