Each school is asked to submit up to six team members in each event.

The best four in each event will be used for team scoring. Skiers should be listed in the order in which you wish them to run (top to bottom, first to last). Each athlete must have completed in at least four events during the season.

In the event of inclement weather, it is the responsibility of the coach to confirm the schedule of events with the mountain.

NO LATE ENTRY CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE REFEREE AND ONLY IF THE CHANGES INVOLVE SKIERS LISTED ON THIS ENTRY FORM.

NOTE: Coaches with few than six skiers may leave seeds open where desired.
