The Will McLean Foundation will hold its annual meeting of the membership at the Sertoma Youth Ranch, Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 12 pm. This is meeting for members of the Foundation in good standing. If you are not currently a member you can join on line at willmclean.com or you can join in advance of the meeting at Sertoma on January 22nd. This is an important gathering of the membership with significant items to be discussed. Specifically, amendments to the Foundation’s bylaws, election of officers and directors, the upcoming 2022 festival, academic scholarships and new programs and activities of the Foundation all will be on the agenda. These are matters that need your attention and input and we hope you will make plans to be there.
More than a business meeting, this is also a community gathering of our membership to connect, enjoy the company of old friends and make new ones. The meeting will start with a free, catered BBQ lunch, followed by the business meeting, and we expect that music will ensue thereafter. Come camp and make a weekend of it!
No Camping Reservations, first come, first served. We will be meeting at the Cypress Stage (Soggy Bottom Pavilion) . You can pay your camping fees at the booth on site.
