Stud Dog Owner
The Stud Dog Owner warrants that their dog is current on all vaccinations, worming, flea and tick control.

If Breeder is requiring fresh chilled or fresh frozen semen collection from above listed stud dog, Breeder will assume all monetary costs for the procedure. This includes but is not limited to collection of sperm, shipment via the most expedient way and artificial insemination of bitch upon arrival. All the same requirements, health tests, and statements of this contract will still apply to both parties.
Breeder will notify Stud Dog Owner as soon as referenced bitch comes into heat, so that arrangements can be made in a timely manner to ship.

Breeder warrants that above listed and described bitch has not been introduced to any other males at any times during this current heat. Breeder also guarantees this bitch will not be exposed to any other males after this Breeding upon her return home. All care will be taken by the Breeder to prevent contact until such time as her heat cycle ends.

Stud Service Agreement
Upon validation of this contract Breeder agrees to furnish Stud Dog Owner with the following:

Breeder will assume all monetary obligations of this breeding including paying stud fee ($1,000) OR furnishing stud dog owner with partial stud fee ($500) plus 2nd pick puppy from the litter.    

Stud Dog Owner reserves the right to take a puppy in lieu of a full payment of stud fee, unless stud fee is paid in full up front prior to breeding. Stud Dog Owner will choose said puppy at 6 weeks of age, before any puppies from said litter have left the bitch owner’s residence, after examination of litter by Stud Dog Owner or his/her representative. Said puppy will carry the Stud Owner’s kennel name as a prefix.

Breeder warrants that puppies from this breeding will not be sold into or sold by the commercial dog market. This includes but is not limited to pet stores, puppy mills, and mall stores. Failure to ensure this on the part of breeder could result in suit of damages.

The breeder warrants that NO puppies from this breeding will be released to or handed into any shelter, SPCA, Humane Society or rescue organization.

The breeder warrants that ALL puppies will remain in the care of the breeder until they reach at least 8 weeks in age.

Fee:
The stud fee for this breeding is $1,000 plus collection fee and shipping to be paid on/ before the time of the appointment for collection if choosing to ship semen overnight.
A $100 deposit is required to guarantee your rate of $1,000. The deposit will be deducted from total amount due.

Other than “Refund Option/Guarantee” all stud fees are not refundable.

Stud Service Agreement
Refund Option/Guarantee: It is guaranteed that if there are less than two live births, breeder will receive a second stud service free of charge. If there are less than two live births on the second attempt, then a 50% refund will be provided by the stud owner to the breeder within 30 days after notice.
To receive a 50% refund the bitch owner must notify the Stud Dog Owner of failure to conceive, in writing no more than 45 days following the mating, with written confirmation from a licensed Veterinarian. Should said bitch die or become unable or fail to conceive or carry a litter, or contract a contagious illness such as Brucellosis, etc that could affect the stud dog, the Stud Dog Owner is no longer obligated to offer a service and refund. Breeder will supply Stud Dog Owner with color photographs of all surviving puppies of this litter.

**If bitch fails to conceive and proof of progesterone testing prior to breeding is not furnished no refund will be given under any circumstance**

Agreement
It is also agreed and understood by both parties that any and all money, paperwork, pictures, or requirements that are not sent in a timely manner or not met, will be considered a breach of this contract and thus, Stud Dog Owner has no obligation to sign the applicable litter registration papers until requirements are met by the breeder, or vice-versa.

UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT TERMS
Buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands the terms and conditions of this contract fully. This contract is designed to protect the Breeder and the stud owner. By signing, all parties agree to all clauses of this contract.
