Hello! My name is Melody Moon and I am a tattoo artist based out of Fort Worth, Texas! Thanks so much for your interest!

Custom is currently $150/hr with a $300/two hour minimum!

I will pre-quote you the session cost and if we go over time, you will only be responsible for what I've quoted previously!

I require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book. Please only fill out the form if you are ready to pay the deposit! I only accept deposits through VENMO!

The deposit comes off of the final cost of your tattoo. The point of the deposit if to cover my time if you cancel/reschedule the tattoo within four days of the appointment. If you ask to reschedule with more than four days notice, I'll most happily honor the deposit with a new appointment time. However, if you contact me within four days of the appointment, your initial deposit will be forfeit and a new one will be required to rebook, as I will not have enough time to fill the spot!

No call/no shows will be an immediate deposit forfeit and re-booking is not guaranteed bc I'll be real sad that I was stood up HAHA
Being more than 15mins late with no heads up counts as a no-show!
I'm generally pretty flexible but you have to let me know what is going on as soon as possible!

I have two venmo accounts, I would prefer that payments be made my business profile @melodymoon ! The icon and description look like this:

At the appointment, I prefer CASH for the remaining balance of your tattoo. I do not take card and we do not have ATMs in the shop so please bring it with you! I also cannot make change! I can use Venmo if necessary but prefer cash overall.

I am currently doing tattoos on all body parts! (but I'm newer to placements besides arms and legs)

**Like to do: bold, multiple eyes, bugs, creepy cute, characters or creatures in my style from anime or cartoons, goopy things, COLOR! I am also down for trying some black and grey and black and grey with pops of color! (check my insta for examples!)

**Do not do: Realism/portraiture, lineless, watercolor.

Reference is awesome for inspiration but I will not outright copy another tattoo or design from the internet!

Masks are encouraged and a single guest is allowed but they may have to wait in the lobby depending on space!

I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email within a week or two at most (Usually on a Wednesday). If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than four days before my appointment or forfeit the deposit. I understand if touch ups are needed, the tattoo much be at least a month healed. Touch ups are free for the first year!
