Bulk Order Pick Up Process Update

 

Effective 18 May 2022, brand partners who are collecting their orders are accountable for verifying their orders at the point of collection. This is applicable too for riders or any proxies who are hired or assigned to collect the orders.

Brand partners and their proxies are advised to verify that the items they are collecting are in good condition and according to the quantity stated on the invoice before leaving the counter.

Young Living Malaysia shall not be liable for any discrepancies once the collection process is completed.
