Qualifications:
LICENCED PHARMACY TECH:
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required. If you apply for this role and are not licensed you will not receive a call back and will not be eligible for hire in other roles as you've made it clear you can not follow directions.
Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas is required.
Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
Maintain accurate patient records, including inputting and updating data in the pharmacy management system.
Process and bill insurance claims and handle patient co-pays.
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies.
Ensure compliance with Texas pharmacy laws and regulations, including maintaining sterile environments when compounding medications (if applicable).
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with over-the-counter product selection, and resolving concerns.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and address patient needs.
Participate in daily operations, including filling, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining pharmacy workflow.
CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Customer Service Representative who can seamlessly handle a variety of roles, including clerking, shipping, answering phones, and other operational tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to providing outstanding service to our customers while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn other software systems quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
