I agree to provide my own collar, leash and a personal ID tag at the time of completing the adoption contract.
I agree to pay the non refundable adoption fee of $450 upon completing the adoption process.
I understand that the adoption fee will cover the following: Vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, basic training, and 1 month of flea/heart worm prevention.
I understand that if for any reason this dog does not work out in my home, that i will contact Houston Shepherd Rescue immediately. I will not give the dog to anyone, nor sell him/her.
I understand that when the pet reaches 6 months of age I need to contact Houston Shepherd Rescue to schedule an appointment to complete the neuter/spay service.If the service is provided by the owner a physical or virtual copy will be required.
