PECCDC Community Survey
People's Emergency Center Community Development Corporation (PECCDC) is conducting this survey to help track progress towards desired long-time outcomes. This survey is for residents of the Mantua, Saunders Park, West Powelton, Belmont, and Mill Creek neighborhoods of West Philadelphia (48th Street to the west, Market Street to the south, 37th Street to the east, and Girard Avenue (west of 44th) and Mantua Avenue (east of 44th) to the north.
