    Destination Door County & Simpleview shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the software or its documentation including damages from lost data, downtime, loss of goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment or property, this applies even if Simpleview and Destination Door County has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
