Late Entries

Entries have now closed. Any entries submitted after the due date incur a $150 late fee for the club. The $150 late fee applies regardless of the number of entries being submitted. 

Additional Athlete Entries

Clubs seeking to enter additional athletes after the entry closing date must submit the additional entries on a new copy of the official competition entry form. Clubs should only include the additional entries on the new form and should not include athletes who have previously been entered for this competition.

A late fee of 50% of each additional athlete’s individual entry fee will apply.

 

Acceptance of any late entries will only be made if there is an ability for the late entries to be incorporated into the existing event program.

No entries (late or additional) will be accepted if submitted more than a week after the Entry Closing Date.

For Additional Athlete Entries, please submit only the additional entries on the form. Please do not include all athletes who have previously been entered for this event.

No Additional Entries will be accepted more than a week following the close of entries for the event.
