Priority Processing
Normally, your TC does their work on a "first in, first out" basis. Each day, we respond to incoming emails in the order in which they're received and we work our tasks oldest to newest. In the vast majority of cases, this delivers a great experience for you and your clients.
We understand though that there are some transactions that are more important than others. For these transactions, we offer "Priority Processing" as a service for an additional fee.
A transaction marked for Priority Processing means the emails for those transactions will immediately skip the line and be acted upon first before any other message, and the tasks for those transactions will be done first, before any other task.
You may opt in to Priority Processing for any transaction you like, but the fee will be increased to $550 for that transaction.
Priority Processing will be added by default to all transactions with a purchase price of $1,000,000 or more. You may opt out of Priority Processing within 3 days of opening the transaction with us.
