For true clarity, I want us to focus on one fundamental, foundational area in your life. What do you think of when I say this to you, for you right now? Another way to look at this is to say...If you had one wish, what would you wish for (it could be more of something or less of something else)? To help bring clarity to this, you're going to answer the questions below. The more concise you are in your answers, the more uniquely personalised your Path Plan will be. Let's map-out a path - from where you are now, to uncovering what you'd most like to create in your life. In your completing these few questions, Emma will personally create a video for you detailing where she sees your path and what actions and emotions most align to you. Let's begin...
QUESTION 1: If you were able to summarise your life in a maximum of 6 sentences, what would you say?

For example: I am a teacher and enjoy this work but my true passion lies in my art. I love to write and create but the demands of my school and home life mean that I can't prioritise my life the way I'd most like to. I find myself exhausted all of the time - I attempt to do so many things but end up doing nothing thoroughly. I then feel completely deflated which impacts my mood. The relationship with my husband is strained as it feels like we don't understand each other. In one sentence, I'd say - my life doesn't feel like my own - I have a passion burning side of me but there is never enough hours in the day to prioritise myself and act on any of my ideas.
QUESTION 2: What are the most reoccurring emotions you experience in your life right now?

For example: I spend a lot of my time feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I feel safest when I feel in control of situations. This leads to me spending a lot of time feeling burnt-out and highly emotional. I snap at the people who I love the most. This makes me feel guilty but I can't seem to stop.

For example: I would love to have a sense of inner peace and calmness. I would love to be able to embrace my life with ease and excitement. I wish that I was open minded and I wish that I knew that I could handle any eventuality which is presented to me, without fears and anxieties. I wish that I could see myself the way that other people say that they can see me. I wish that life was filled with more openness and an understanding. I wish that I could live in the moment and love my life. I wish I could be the creator of my own life.
QUESTION 4: What emotions would you wish to experience more often?

For example: I would love to have a more constant state of peace in my life. Free from the expectations of others. I would love to wake up in the morning and feel excited for the day. I would love to be more present and engaged in my actual life.
QUESTION 5: What do you see as being the defining reason for why your life is currently in the space that it's in right now, and not more defined in the things and emotions you would most like to exist within?

For example: I know the way I approach people is unhelpful - I am bossy and direct which often gets people's backs up. I know that I need to prioritise more time for myself and what I want to do but I just refuse to do this - there is always something which I blame it on. I am in a rut, and allow overwhelm to keep me stuck.
