    If details are missing, response time may be delayed and/or result in rejection.  

    • To be eligible this form must be sent within 60 hours of pickup.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
    • If you have photos or more details, reply to the email you will receive after filling in this form and send them in. (Please submit your own photos)
    • In most cases items with a hammer price of under $50 are not eligible for refunds, as per our Terms & Conditions.
