Cancellation / Withdrawal from lessons and Ensembles

Withdrawal can be made at half term or end of term only. Withdrawal must be made in writing using the “Change of Enrolment Form”, available from office or on UHCM website. Notifiying your teacher of your intent to withdraw is not considered to be a withdrawal from lessons. ADMIN MUST BE NOTIFIED BY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER.•Non-attendance at lessons does not indicate formal cancellation of enrolment and will result in the student having to pay for lessons that they did not attend.

I understand that withdrawals can only be done at the end of Week 5 (half term) and at the end of Term. If I wish to withdraw at another time throughout the term I understand I will have to pay for the remaining lessons. Hire Instruments MUST be returned to ADMINISTRATION for processing.
