INSTRUCTIONS

 

1) This form is to be completed for approval of payment for scripts marked.

2) Submission to be done only after all marking are competed.

3) One submission per module, if you have marked more than one module for coursework and/or moderation, multiple submission is required.

4) All submission will be check against the final number of scripts marked.

5) For coursework marking payment, it is payable for one assignment with 100% coursework type.
