The first part of this form acts as a reminder of all the things you need to do to be accredited by both the EMCC and the PCI. Further down the form you will be able to record your reflections on what went well and what went less well when coaching. Your training provider will receive these reflections by email when you press submit. You will also receive a copy of this submission.
All coaches need to have

Those of you doing the fast track training (the PCI 2 day course) you simply need to now complete two online one to one coaching sessions with an EHCAP accredited trainer. The link to organise this is in your check list in the first module of the foundation level e-learning.

- complete 4 coaching sessions with at least one adult, young person or family
- complete 3 online or face to face mentoring sessions with an EHCAP accredited trainer
During coaching mentoring with an EHCAP accredited trainer you will describe a case example of managing difficullt emotions, describe at least two self-care practices and reflect on your progress linking reflections with the EMCC core competency framework.
This form can be used to keep a record of progress toward the EQA. Each time you submit this form you will automatically receive an email summary of what you have submitted. You only need to enter data once- the information will automatically load into an excel sheet which can be shared with you on request.
For those of you who are working beyond this toward accreditation as an individual coach with the EMCC (EIA) there are separate forms that you can access at the end of module one in the foundation e-learning. You can find out more about this option and the team coaching available to support you through the process when you speak with Sarah.
