- We require 50% Down Payment upon signing the contract.

- We don't provide Christmas decorations.

- We design your house based on your Christmas decoration availability.

- We discuss your design/motif preferences.

- Interior & Exterior Decorating have different fees.

- Transaction is ONE-DAY work process. We charge additional fee of Php 1,200 exceeding to more than one day process.

- Work in progress starts from 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday
