Wage Query

This form is used to submit directly to the wage team who will reply directly to you. Please give as much infomation as possible for them to be able to quickly resolve the query. The next page will give you some examples of why your pay may be wrong. Check these first as they may answer your problem before you submit a query

    Wage Query

    Use this form to report that you have incorrect wages/hours or if you have not recieved your wages

    Please note the following before submitting as it may resolve your problem

    1) The pay dates are between the 22nd - the 21st of every month

    2) You are paid on the last day of the month. The only exception to this is if the last day is a weekend then you will be paid on Friday. 

    3) You only be paid for the hours worked. If your shift is for 2 hours but you on work 1 Hour and 30 mins then you will only get paid for the time you have completed and not the 2 hours. This includes is you cover someone shift.

    4) If You have not clocked in or out then you can not be paid for the shift. The only Exception is if you have reported the issue within 48 hours via the report clocking issue form. 

    5) If you have a problem with your tax code, Tax amount or emergency tax you should call HMRC directly on 0300 200 3300

    We also ask if you think there is an issue with your hours that you log on to ezitracker and that you check the hours that are logged on your timesheets
