In order to request an appointment with Tigerlily Salon, all new clients must have an active credit or debit card on file. Cards are only subject to a charge if the client violates our cancellation policy. This policy is as follows:
Clients must provide 24 hour advance notice to cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Not showing up to your appointment without a prior notification will result in 100% of the appointment charged to the card on file.
