MG2022 Add/Change Registration

Dear MG2022 registrant, here is some information before you proceed:

This is not and interactive form.  You fill it out and we make the changes. Thanks.

*** NEW*** GARDEN ROOM BANQUET Event 4.06

The banquet facility at the Holiday Inn holds 200 seats and they are sold out.  However, there was a possibility that we could use the Garden Room for an additional 50 overflow seats. (it had everything to do with indoor gathering limits imposed by the Government of Ontario).

The upside is you can be part of the banquet.

The downside is that you will have to enjoy the proceedings on a TV screen using live streaming from the main hall to the Garden room.

The meal offering and cost will be the same as the main dining hall because we will have addtional costs for AV equipment.

If you wish, and space permits, you will be able to migrate to standing room only, in the main hall, for the awards ceremony after the meal.

Please select your driver and navigator meals and pay for them as you did for your registration. 

If we get any cancellations in the main hall you will be offered to move there in the order of your ticketed position and seat availability and then we will sell the Garden Room ticket you were holding.

Please make sure you put a check mark on the "Product" box for "GR DRIVER and/or GR NAVIGATOR" FIRST, as appropriate for your selection, and THEN select the which meal you want. You need to action both of those on the form.

The form below is used to add to  change your existing registration.  For example you may change your vehicle's class designation or add a ticketed event, or change your meal choice.

The form is not interactive with your current choices and requires manual intervention.

**** NEW ****  The two Lock Tour Cruises have now been added but NOT the lunch as we could not get the cruise line to put it on.  SEE Events 2.13 and 3.13 below and order your tickets.

Separate classes for Photography, Model and Craft competitions are held during the convention and awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each category. Rocker/Valve Cover Races are also held and awarded in a similar fashion.

To help us to accommodate attendance, please indicate if you intend to participate in any of the following competitions or sessions, all of which are included in your registration fee.

On arrival in Peterborough your first stop should be the Garden Court/Registration room at the Holiday Inn (150 George St N, Peterborough, ON K9J 3G5) to pick up your credentials. You need these to gain access to all events during MG2022.  There will be a set for the Driver and Navigator (if applicable) plus a car show display card and voting ballot.

Please select the ticketed registration items and quantities from the options below.

Your name tags will be your all access pass to the Tech Sessions, the Meet and Greet (Sunday), The Parking Lot Party (Monday), The Rallye, Funkhana and Pub Night (Tuesday), The Car Show (Wednesday) and all other elements of the convention. 

Optional "pre-registration/paid" events, selected below, will require the printed tickets that will be in your registration package in order to access those specific events.

Each core registration includes two people (adults) and one vehicle and is non-refundable. An additonal fee of $25.00 is required to add a second vehicle to your registration. 

Please note that to conform to Canadian legislation and customary practice all prices and taxes are indicated separately. HST = Harmonized Sales Tax (Federal and Provincial Sales Taxes combined). The current HST rate in Ontario is 13%.

Note re Concours: There will be no concours judging at MG2022 in keeping with NAMGBR's car show practices since 2016.
