-PLEASE READ- Please understand we are unable to accommodate specific times within your selected set up window. Set up will be sometime within the Window at our discretion according to our route. If you are trying to surprise someone before they wake up, please choose Midnight-6am. Again, we cannot accept requests for certain times within your chosen window setup.

I will read the Service Agreement included in the invoice & understand with my payment this will be our service agreement. PLEASE HAVE YOUR YARD MOWED BEFORE SET UP.

Yard Props will email you after we have reviewed your order form. Set up address outside of 5 miles of Raymore City Hall may include a travel fee, this will be determined by the set up address and will be included in our return email to you and invoice we email to you, if applicable.
