I understand that filling in this information does not automatically put me in partnership with Hearts Healing Hearts and that if accepted we are not in a legally binding partnership. This is a good faith partnership as we work together to find quality adopters for the dogs we are looking to find homes for. *

I understand that Hearts Healing Hearts "prequalifies" adopters through their application process and has no way of knowing the true character of the persons filling in the applications. Hearts Healing Hearts can in no way be held responsible if the applicants are not what they appeared to be and it is the duty of my rescue group to verify the information shared by H3 for the applicants. *

I understand that if approved, Hearts Healing Hearts will give me access to their private Facebook Group, which is where prequalified applicants "dog wish list" will be posted. It will be the rescue groups responsibility to check that page often to determine if we have a dog that may meet the majority of the criteria the adopter is looking for. *

I understand that it will be the rescue groups responsibility to contact Hearts Healing Hearts if we see a potential adopter on the private Facebook page, that we may have a match for. At that time H3 will give us the potential adopters contact information so we can try to make a match. *

I understand that as a good faith partner with Hearts Healing Hearts, my rescue group will respect the privacy of the potential adopters that H3 may share with us. We will not sell their information or use their information for anything more than reaching out to see if we can make a connection with dogs available through this rescue group. And that we will not add those people to our contact lists without the prior consent of the potential adopter. *
