    I have decided to focus on what I do best and love the most which is: gray coverage, subtle color shifts, natural looking dimension, lived-in dimension and Invisible Bead Extensions.

    I want you to be happy with your hair, and comfortable with me as your stylist. While I can do the services you selected, I do believe there are more talented stylists who specialize in some of the services you selected.

    Curl Specialists: Dezarai Chadwick (Rai-diance Salon) 316-285-0606.

    I know there are many other stylists and salons that offer and do these services but I believe this could be a good place for you to start. I wish you luck on your hair journey!

  • FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I am requiring a 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. A no call no show will require the same before a new appointment can be made. I understand that things happen and can come up, I am a very understanding person so please let's keep communication open. I am usually willing to waive the fee, if it becomes a habit though, I will have to enforce.

    PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SOLO: Due to working with chemicals, sharp objects, hot tools, breakables and limited space in my suite please arrive to your appointment without any kids -or- extra people. I love to spend your appointment time focused on you so that you can relax and have some much-deserved pampering.

    SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. If we achieved the goal that we came to in our consultation, but you are having a change of heart please let me know and we can come up with a new game plan, we will also discuss if there will be an additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase, as long as it's half full at least.
