You are aware that exercise can cause injury/damage to yourself or your belongings. You agree that Evolve gym owners will not be held responsible for any loss/injury/damage caused to yourself or your belongings while exercising and using the equipment in Evolve gym.
Our facility offers an onsite personal training service. All of the personal trainers are self employed and independent from Evolve Gym. You agree that Evolve gym owners will not be held liable for any injury/loss/damage to yourself or your personal belongings while under the instruction of one of our personal trainers in our facility.

Important.

Your first direct debit payment will be paid out of your chosen bank account on the 1st of next month. Payment is required for the remainder of the current month before you will be given access to the gym. This payment will be taken automatically from your chosen bank account.
