Cameron Hope Chief Executive Officer This is to certify that the above tournament / jamboree has been sanctioned by BC Hockey / Hockey Canada. Please note that this permit is granted under the following conditions (failure to comply with any of the following will result in disciplinary action by BC Hockey): This tournament will strictly adhere to all BC Hockey and Hockey Canada Rules and Regulations. All teams from outside the Province of British Columbia must have written permission from their governing body (Branch) prior to participation in the above mentioned tournament. Only Certified Officials who are regularly refereeing minor hockey are to be used. Host Associations will submit a schedule of officiating assignments to their District Officiating Coordinator for approval at least thirty (30) days in advance of the tournament. The Host Association must provide a Tournament Pass for BC Hockey accredited evaluators. This tournament will not conflict with any Branch Playoffs. The Host Association must ensure that Hockey Canada Regulation M 9 is adhered to and that all player certificates for players on Hockey Canada Carded Teams are checked prior to the tournament. The Host Association must, upon completion of the tournament, submit a Tournament Follow-Up Report to BC Hockey.
