        Mail BackBy default, negatives are disposed of after scanning. You can choose to keep your negatives, which will be returned to you in protective sleeves via standard mail or registered mail (recommended for enhanced tracking and water resistance). Canisters can also be returned to you for an extra fee. All orders are shipped directly to you; we do not offer self-pickups.

      • Important Mailing Instructions

        Once payment has been made, pack your film in ziploc bags and mail/drop them at the address below and indicate your full name and contact details in the parcel so we'll know when it arrives!

      • No Status Update Policy

        Due to high influx of orders, we apologise in advance for not being able to entertain such queries. To guarantee the safety of your film, we recommend registered mail services with your return address clearly stated. Thank you.

      • Refunds

        In the event of lost film due to postage, you will be refunded your full amount as long as no processing has been done. If your film roll turns out empty, you will only be charged for developing and we will refund the scanning fee. Return of negatives and mailing charges will still apply if opted for. Due to the unpredictable nature of certain film types, we will not be responsible for blemishes on your film’s scans. If you send in film that cannot be processed (such as ECN2 or E6 film), prevailing mail back of film charges will apply.
