This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please understand that when you cancel your hair session without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with guests on my waiting list. I request at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Late cancellation fee is 50% of the services booked.
