GANG members may be photographed individually or in group settings for use in various GANG communications, including but not limited to, promotional materials, The GANG newsletter, and on The GANG website. Please check one of the following:

I understand that all projects undertaken in the name of The GANG must first be approved by The GANG Board of Directors and that any use of the Stephen Lewis Foundation name must be approved by the Foundation.
