Please submit a Foodtrader Statement of Trade (SOT) and supply the completed certificate here. Visit https://foodtrader.vic.gov.au/ to get started. This certificate takes some time to be approved by council, so don't delay on this. You can't trade without one.

If you are located in Victoria and have a producers license, provide this. If you don't have a VIC producers license, you will need to apply for a Temporary Limited Liquor Licence with VCGLR (provide this here once you have it).

We need copies of RSA for all staff serving alcohol at the event. You can upload multiple files here or a .zip / .7z file. Please remember to provide last minute RSA's if you have late staff changes!
