Summer Street Party

Thank you for your interest in joining us at the Summer Street Party 2023. This is a Town of Victoria Park led event.

The event will be a street festival on Albany Highway, Victoria Park. Saturday 25th November, running from 4pm - 9pm.

All applicants will require payment on submission of this form to secure your reservation.If unsuccessful your fee will be refunded within 14 days from the date of your application being submitted. All successful applicants will be notified by email within 14 days of application.

Terms and conditions can be found on the next page after filling out your submission.

Businesses and residents of Town of Victoria Park are encouraged to participate at the invitation of Town of Victoria Park .

We wish to advise we are not taking Food van operators for this event.

If you sell a food product for human consumption (packaged only) you must have or are willing to obtain a Temporary Food traders permit with Town of Victoria Park. (fees apply)

Packaged food items and liquor producers are requested to upload all requested documents as part of your application.

An additional admin fee of $25.00 above the booking fee will be charged if the requested documents are not uploaded with this form.

2022 attendees who book for 2023 will be placed in the same location and zone. Orange Zone has moved. We will advise approved applicants of their zone and location on or after NOV 10th.

Insurance is compulsory. If you have your own insurance, we ask that you provide us with your policy details otherwise public and product liability insurance is available through us for $25 per event. We are unable to cover candles, oils, makeup, toys, skincare products, pet foods or food and beverage items under our policy. Prohibited items. These are Munitions, pornography and any other unlawful items as prescribed under a government authority or Police directive.

YOU MUST UPLOAD ALL OF THE BELOW DOCUMENTS. An admin fee will be required in addition to the booking fee if not uploaded with this form.

Food (human consumption) business. You must provide.
1. Business Registration Certificate (ABN cert)
2. Your local LGA Food Business Registration Certificate
3. Floor plan (drawing is fine)
4. Food Handling Certificate
5. Insurance certificate (must match your name or the name of the business in this form) Must be in date at the time of application.
6. Provide a PDF copy of a full menu list including all beverages you intend to sell. You may be asked to remove items.
7. Producers Licence if selling packaged takeaway liquor.
Town of Victoria Park Temporary Food traders permit covering NOV 25th. This can be obtained once we confirm your acceptance. If you already have this, ensure you upload with this application. Food trucks who book on this form will be charged an admin fee of $25.00 and a financial services recovery fee of 1.9% of the total fees paid in order to refund your payment. DO NOT use this form.

Special refund terms.

For this event only.

Refund policy for Summer Street Party 2023 refunds to content (vendors)
If the cancellation is due to severe weather warning (as required under our insurance cover) a full refund is offered if the event cannot be rescheduled.
If the event is cancelled by the contract holder for any reason (client), in this case ToVP, and is not rescheduled, a refund is offered to paid content; in the case vendors, less the financial services fee we cannot recover which is 2.2% of the total booking fee paid by that vendor.
