Special Requirements for the Bride and her Wedding Party the Day of Services
• Please arrive for you service(s) on time.
• Wear a zipper or button-down shirt.
• Bring hair accessories or flowers you wish to use.
• Please arrive with dry hair, preferably shampooed the day before.
• Please keep in mind that should any party member forego a prearranged service on the date of the service, 100% of the charge will apply.
Policies
Securing Appointment Date: All appointments for services at an offsite location must be requested at least 3 months prior to the day of the wedding. A 3-month notice is also preferred for on-site services.
Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All booking for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.
Deposit
To obtain services on a specific time and date we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement from the bride.
Practice Appointment
The bride is required to schedule a practice appointment at least 14 days in advance of her wedding day. Payment for the practice style will be due at the conclusion of the appointment.
Offsite Services & Payments
$100.00 will be charged for every bridal hair style at an off-site location. There must be a minimum of 3 bridal party members. Salon 13 will travel for less than 3 bridal party members but must charge for the required minimum of 3 bridal hair styles. $65.00 will be charged for a blowout rather than a complete formal style.
A traveling fee of $85 will be charged for up to 25 miles to an off-site location. An additional fee of $1.50 per mile will be charged for any distance over 25 miles. Any distance over 50 miles will require additional charges. Your balance for hair services and travelling fees must be paid at the conclusion of your services. If members the bridal party are paying individually, they are required to pay by cash or check (made out to Salon 13) at the conclusion of their services. If not paying individually, we will charge the credit card on file. Gratuity is NOT included in the price of the services.

Prices are subject to change as styling needs may change or services are added.
Contract and Appointment Changes
All agreements will be made in writing/via this electronic form. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing or via e-mail (no changes will be made over the telephone). The bride/individual signing this contract is the only person permitted to authorize, submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party.
Cancellations:
In-house & Offsite: In the event that an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, your credit card will be charged 25% of the cost of services in addition to the 25% deposit. Cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances are considered on a case by-case basis and are completely at the discretion of management.
Late Arrivals:
Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment(s). If a wedding party member is more than 30 minutes late, the assumption will be that the client is a “no-show.” This will result in the client forfeiting all deposits and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total services for that member. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylists and other clients.
