Please Read Carefully

To be considered for the unit, anyone 18 years of age or older must complete an online application and must do so honestly. Falsified information may lead to immediate disqualification. Be sure to complete ALL sections of the application and include a valid proof of income which includes your full name for income verification. Failure to complete the application and attach correct documentation will result in your application not being considered.

Submission

After submitting your application you will be provided with a link to our screening service via email. We outsource this step to a third party vendor so questions related directly to the screening may be directed to them. 

Decision Process

Upon review of all submitted applications, screening reports, and supporting documentation, each application will be scored by our tenant scoring system. The applicant with the highest score will be offered the unit.  Anyone not approved will receive a adverse action letter stating that they were not chosen for the unit.

The Background and Screening are conducted by a third party vendor, NOT Gentry Investment Properties.
