Girl Scout Rewards Card Redemption
Girl Scout Rewards Cards are non-transferable and
must be used for the girl that earned them.

Girl Scout Rewards Cards received through the Fall Product and Cookie Programs can be redeemed for the following:
- GSMW Resident Camp
  Your camp registration and camp deposit must be completed prior to submitting rewards card for redemption.
- Council-Sponsored Programs
  If your rewards card does not cover the total cost of your selection, you must contact GSMW to pay the balance prior to your registration being processed.
- Girl Scout Membership
  If your rewards card does not cover the total cost of your selection, you must contact GSMW to pay the balance prior to your membership being processed.
- Girl Scout Destinations Sponsored by GSUSA
  Please provide the information requested in this form.
- Council Approved Troop Trips
  Rewards card redemption must be requested after a Troop Trip Request Form is approved by council.
