MH2G Furniture trade membership is granted to qualifying interior designers, architects, design or architecture firms and developers exclusively. To qualify you must provide applicable documentation to your profession, along with your completed application. Each professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Qualifying Business Documents

Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
Interior design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
Valid business license that verifies the validity of the business as an interior design, architecture or home contracting business
International applications are accepted with proof of membership in a U.S.-equivalent Trade organization

TAX EXEMPT PURCHASING

State authorities require us to keep a completed copy of the Resale Certificate in addition to your (re)seller’s license or permit.
Sales tax is collected based on the ship-to address, so the state Resale Certificate needed is based on the shipping destination for each order.

For resellers in Florida, please provide a copy of your signed Annual Resale Certificate.
For purchases with a ship-to address out of the State of Florida, please provide a tax-exempt certificate from the state(s) in which you maintain tax-exempt status.

MH2G Design Trade Membership Application is intended for interior design professionals exclusively. Trade membership is not transferable, named member must present his/her valid photo identification in person to receive the trade discount at time of purchase. Misuse of Membership may result in Membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount allowing others to receive the trade discount (e.g., sharing the membership with a client or family), submitting false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a Membership application. As a member of MH2G Design Trade, you may receive communication from us about exclusive designer events and promotions. Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and completed application. Non-designer related businesses and professions maynot qualify for the program. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Approved members will receive an email within two business days confirming membership and benefits.
