VENDOR APPLICATION FORM
This application is for businesses interested in Legacy Architectural Salvage's 2023 Holiday Market, to be held on Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00AM-2:00PM. The market will be held outdoors, in the yard of Legacy Architectural Salvage's warehouse, located behind Stevens Ace Hardware at 1831-B Dawson Street.

LOCATION: 1831-B Dawson Street (behind Stevens Ace Hardware)
VENDOR FEE: The vendor fee for a 10x10 booth is $50. Vendor fees are due within 7 days of acceptance into the market (i.e., close of business on Monday, September 11th). Failure to pay your booth fee within 7 days will result in the forfeit of your booth. Your booth is not reserved until payment is made. A request for payment and further instructions will be sent upon application approval. Vendor fees support Historic Wilmington Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to preserving and protecting the irreplaceable historic resources of Wilmington and the Lower Cape Fear region.
SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own display (including a tent), as well as set-up and tear-down. Set-up begins at 7:30AM, and must be completed by 8:50AM. Vendors must be set up from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. Tear-down must be completed by 3:00PM.
TENT: Vendors are required to have a tent and tent weights for their booth. Failure to provide a tent on the day of the market will result in removal from the market and loss of vendor fee.
PARKING: Vendors are required to park at Cape Fear Restaurant Equipment, a business adjacent (to the east) of Stevens Ace Hardware.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: This market is a rain or shine event. If you elect not to participate due to weather, your vendor fee is nonrefundable.
