Summit does not ask for sensitive information; we only need your legal name and email address.
We submit the background check request to DataQuest, an independant third-party provider, and DataQuest/Instascreen will email you with instructions on how to submit your sensitive information via a secure portal. The form may say "Employment" but is just a standard form used for all volunteers. It is not a credit check.
Once Summit receives the final report, we will notify you of the completion of the check.
