- being a member of the program's advisory committee.
- being a member of the program's Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
- past or present employment by the institution or program being evaluated.
- service as a consultant by the institution or program being evaluated.
- Is not currently associated with the program or faculty/staff/personnel being evaluated.
