    N-MAC Gym is super excited to host a NEW style of competition that aims to include all kinds of competitive gym goer!

    This style of competition is new for N-MAC Gym, but is something we really want to showcase for 2024! Based on a pound for pound (or kilo for kilo!) dynamic, MAX OUT will provide an even playing field across all training styles.

    So if you're a fan of handling a barbell and blasting out calories - this is the comp for you!

    HOW IT WORKS:

    Based on a % of your bodyweight, you will have one minute to complete as many (max) repetitions of the below movements:*

      Male BW % Female BW %
    Ski Calories Damper 8 Damper 6
    Bench Press 85% 50%
    Pull Ups 100% 100%
    Airbike Calories - -
    Back Squat 115% 100%
    Overhead Press 65% 50%
    Deadlift 130% 115%

    *You will be required to weigh in on the day to establish your weight catgeory:

    Weight Categories:  
    45.1 - 50kg 85.1 - 90kg
    50.1 - 55kg 90.1 - 95kg
    55.1 - 60kg 95.1 - 100kg
    60.1 - 65kg 100.1 - 105kg
    65.1 - 70kg 105.1 - 110kg
    70.1 - 75kg 110.1 - 115kg
    75.1 - 80kg etc
    80.1 - 85kg  

    e.g if you weigh in at 73kg your lifting weight will be based on 75kg
