N-MAC Fitness Comp 2 is open to all level of athletes looking to compete! Whether you have recently started training and want to push yourself that little bit more or you are already in the competition spirit, we want you! It's about having fun and pushing boundaries - let's go!
Our Categories will run as follows;
Base (Beginners and 14yrs plus): For this category you will need a solid 'base' or recently developed level of fitness and be capable of a sweaty, but fun workout!
Ascend (Intermediate): For those of you with an already good level of fitness and an understanding of movements in a fast paced workout, including basic gymnastics and double dumbell movements, for example.
Summit (Advanced): In this category you will be a fully competent athlete with good competing experience. You will be able to complete most advanced movements with ease, including all gymnastics and olympic lifts.
