We permit only one member in each business classification, if a business has a partnership only one of the partners will be allowed to represent the business. This includes husband and wife joint ownership. Enrollment into the group is done once a quarter, and we limit each intake group to 6 applications, after 6 , applications will be enrolled into the next quarters intake group. 40 application Fee and Annual Dues of $250 if the applicant is approved • Present their business at a new member day and participate in a new member mixer • Applicant will be allowed to attend meetings for the ensuing 60 days, the probation period • After the probation period, the board will vote on the applicant and advise of approval or denial • Thereafter a minimum of 2 outgoing referrals per month is required • All active members must abide by the Flagstaff Professionals Bylaws
