Babou, although very sweet and soft with people, has same-sex aggression. This means he has a zero-tolerance policy for other males on his turf - he will go after them and he does mean business. In addition his prey drive is intense, so while he's fine with my cats small, fluffy dogs and small animals such as birds and rodents will not fair well in his space. He was kennel-rasied and had minimal training for his first three years before coming to us, so he needs time, consistency and patience. An outlet for his energy and a soft hand to guide him, preferably with a talented trainer or behaviourist at your side. Please consider your abilites carefully before submitting this application, we are looking for a forever home for Babou so his home needs to be prepared to work with him for the rest of his life, whatever that takes to ensure he lives a long, healthy live with proper coping tools.
