- I acknowledge that all stylists of Vibes Salon are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect all the time.
- I understand that Client Hair History plays a part in all services and provides information about the history of my hair.
- I agree, kids are not allowed in the work service area for safety reasons unless being serviced.
- I am allowing Vibe Salon to apply necessary chemicals needed to perform the service requested.
- Details of my service is explained to me prior to starting service. Including the pros, cons and after care.
- I understand the result of any service may vary from one person to another due to hair type, medications, health conditions and chemical history.
- I agree the results are final after the service is completed. The Salon must be notified within Five Days after the service if there are any minor adjustments needed (charges may apply).

Covid-19 Policies

Starting August 2021 Vibes Salon requires a mask during the entirety of your service, no matter your vaccination status. Extra guest are not allowed in the Salon unless accompanying a minor receiving a service.

If a client is showing any sign of being sick the service is stopped immediantely and the service may be reschedule for a later date.

If you have been tested for COVID-19 and have not received your test results please reschedule your service. You must have a negative test results to reschedule your appointment.
Vibes salon is not resposible for any symptoms or irritations from products due to possible long term side effects of Covid-19.

Appointment Reminders:

Appointment Confirmations are e-mailed or sent via text message 72 hours prior to your booked appointment.

Vibes Salon asks that you confirm every appointment.

Appointment Reminders are e-mailed or sent via text message 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

The reminder contains a link to reschedule your appointment, in the event you are unable to make it. Or contact the Salon at 505-585-4193 in accordance to the cancelation section below.
Payment Methods:

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. No checks are accepted. All new and current Vibes Salon Clients are required to have an active credit or debit card on file prior to any service.
Cancelations:

Vibes Salon requires a 48 hour notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of an appointment.

Cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment, the credit card on file is charged 50% of your quoted service.

No-show appointments are charged 75% of your quoted service.

Canceling or rescheduling three (3) services in a row, require a non-refundable 50% deposit (of your quoted service) prior to rebooking.
Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, due to length of time for scheduled service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time, may automatically be cancelled. Cancellation fees are applicable.
Product Returns:

Vibes Salon does not accept returns on any products sold. Products may be exchanged ONLY if there is a malfunction with nozzels or pumps.
