We seek presentations that demonstrate how microgrids keep the power flowing during disasters, while also fostering cleaner, less costly and more equitable energy. You may bring out these themes by presenting case studies about microgrids that are in planning or operation or by discussing evolving microgrid technologies, government policy, business or community models, electrification, or related concepts and trends. Special sessions also will be held on engineering and financing. For microgrid companies, your chances of acceptance are higher if you are accompanied on stage by one of your customers.
All sessions are approximately 55 minutes. Two types of sessions will be offered:
- Case study presentations: Three speakers each present 10 minute case studies followed by audience Q&A
- Panel discussions: Three to four speakers participate in a moderated panel discussion, which includes audience Q&A
Final speaker application deadline: Feb. 1, 2022
(Applications will be reviewed as they arrive and sessions may be filled before the final deadline, so we urge you to apply as soon as possible.)
We will respond to your application by March 15, 2022.
Microgrid 2022 will be held June 1-2, 2022 at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, Philadelphia, PA
